Delivery methods
- Home delivery: HCT Logistics — Taiwan main island only
- Convenience store pickup: 7-ELEVEN — available at participating stores in Taiwan, including offshore islands
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
- Home delivery: approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch
- 7-ELEVEN pickup: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch
International shipping
Dispatch may be delayed due to order volume or product availability.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends, public holidays, Lunar New Year holidays or temporary closure dates.
If an item is unavailable or dispatch is delayed, we will contact you separately by email or store message.
Delivery may be affected by severe weather, peak shipping periods or other carrier-related circumstances.
Orders to destinations outside Asia are shipped via FedEx or EMS.
Orders to Hong Kong and Mainland China are shipped via SF Express.
Shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric weight and destination.
